PCM General Admission

 

Come Play at Providence Children's Museum!

PCM is open daily for two play sessions: 9:30 - 12:30 PM and 1:30 - 4:30 PM. Come anytime during your three-hour time slot. PCM closes daily from 12:30 - 1:30 PM.

Beginning August 24, 2022, masks are optional for all visitors. PCM reserves the right to require masks for entry into certain programs or in specific cases.

If anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please visit PCM another day. Find further information about our COVID-19 policies here.

Providence Children's Museum is best experienced by children and their grownups. Adults visiting without children in attendance must make previous arrangements with museum management. 

Upon entry all members and advanced ticket purchasers will be asked to show a valid photo ID. 

MEMBERS

 

PCM Members must be logged in to register for this event. Please log in or register* at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Your tickets will be discounted upon check out. *To register, create an account by entering all of the information for the primary member: name, email address, and mailing address exactly as they appear on your membership record. Please contact membership@childrenmuseum.org for assistance with your membership.

DISCOUNTS

Access is important to PCM; we offer discounts for Museums for All (EBT cards), Feinstein Junior Scholar Cards, Blue Star (for active-duty military), and Neighborhood Health Plan of RI. Please email Info@ChildrenMuseum.org to receive a discount code and enter/apply your discount code on the final checkout page. Proof will be required upon check-in.

 

RECIPROCAL BENEFITS

 

If you are a member of an institution that is part of the Association of Children's Museum (ACM) or Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) reciprocal network, please bring in your membership card to purchase tickets at the front desk at a reduced rate. Presentation of a valid membership card is required; the card must list one adult family member by name and the card must have the ACM or ASTC Reciprocal Membership logo.

 

LIBRARY MEMBERSHIPS

Did you check out a library membership card? Bring in your library’s PCM membership card to purchase reduced tickets when you arrive. You do not need to complete an advanced registration when using this discount. Don’t know if your library has a membership? Ask us at info@childrenmuseum.org.

 

GROUPS

Groups of 10+ people or groups of any size associated with a school, organization, community group, etc. must book their visit with our Visitor Services Team at least 2 weeks in advance via our group booking process. Please contact us at GroupVisits@ChildrenMuseum.org to discuss availability for your visit.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Info@ChildrenMuseum.org. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund.

  • Page 3: You will enter a code on the third page that will apply free admission for up to 10 people in your visit. Please enter the code (in red below) that corresponds to your region so that our attendance data is accurate.

CHECK-IN PROCESS

Upon arriving, staff will check for masks and ask your group questions about symptoms, exposure, and travel. If anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please visit the Museum another time.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel, please contact info@childrenmuseum.org as soon as possible so that the tickets can be released for another group. You can also contact this email with any questions.
